Instructions for using Ben Wa Balls 1. Use the restroom before placing the balls in the vagina. 2. Insert one ball at a time. Putting lubrication on the balls will help them glide in. Women have said that inserting the balls is similar to inserting a tampon. If you’re not used to inserting tampons or if you’re having trouble, you should lift one leg up. If that doesn’t work, try inserting them while lying down. 3. Squeeze your leg muscles together and then your PC muscles together to hold the balls in. The balls should push down a little bit inside your vagina, and they will make your vagina feel “full”. Much like tampons, you should eventually get used to the feeling. 4. Hold the balls inside for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen your PC muscles. You can hold them in for hours for a better workout. 5. If any balls slip out, wash them well with soap and water and slip them back in. 6. There are several ways to remove the balls including: jump up and down, sneeze, cough, sit and bear down as if you’re having a bowel movement, insert lubricant to help them slide out, etc. If you think you might have a hard time removing the balls, then you may want to purchase balls that are strung onto a retrieval cord. In any case, it is not possible for the balls to disappear inside the body from the vagina.

i bought these and after the first use i noticed the gold CHIPPING OFF! when i googled the company i found numerous reviews from people saying the SAME THING happened to them. the description says these are plastic but they are METAL. that being said, i have no idea what kind of metal, but it has a very strong metallic smell that comes off from simply handling the balls. this product was made in china so i guess you can't really expect much in terms of quality. don't buy these because they're cheap or pretty, spend the cash on something thats going to last you and not possibly POISON you. seriously, worst thing i've ever purchased.

she read about ben wa balls in a book and wanted to try them.she walk around my house the first time and thought this is interesting.then she took them to work and had them in for a couple of hours and loved it.i will tell more people about them and hope to have more fun with them in the near future.

I purchased these to improve the strength of my pelvic muscles, mostly to keep in shape since I have 2 children and am concerned about "tightness" down there. At first I thought it was so weird inserting these things. They are pretty heavy and I was like "what am I supposed to do with these things"? However, after I got used to them my husband told me he could feel a definite difference in the bedroom. That, of course, made me happy. For such an affordable price, I don't think you can go wrong.

I don't feel much either when they are in, but they are great for muscle strength exercises (and working on strong kegels is so much more fun than any other form of exercise.) I pop them in and get on with my housework and they roll around and make me feel nice.

I love them! Ill put them in before sitting down at my computer, and it isnt long before Im completely soaked. If you use them while sitting down they wont fall out, and if you sit up straight then you can feel them a lot better. I try to push them up as far as I can, and if I cant reach them to get them out then I just stand up and let gravity take care of it (jump up and down a few times if you have to.) Wont necessarily get you off by themselves, but theyll definitely get you on your way.
